BizziBid was founded in May 2005 in Aurora, CO to enable homeowners to read about, choose and get connected with local professional contractors who provide residential services.
We founded our company for two primary reasons:
First, there was no satisfactory way to get in contact with local professional contractors. We believe homeowners should be able to do more than choose a phone number or worse yet, have someone 
else choose for them. Our contractors' provide vital information on their company and services to help homeowners make informed decisions and accomplish all their home dreams and needs.
And second, there are few economical marketing options available for small to medium size business owners to grow their customer base. We are committed to providing these business owners with an economical way to capitalize on the growing number of consumers who search the web daily to obtain products and services.

SCC Web-Data Solutions, Inc., in Loveland, Colorado, was started in 1997 by Jennifer and Christopher Snarr. Our Philosophy
The information age has brought about great changes. Information about anything is right at our fingertips day or night. The only problem is, sometimes the information we really want requires us to give up all of our personal information before we get any information in return. It is the “registration required” part of the internet that makes many of us nervous. Is my name, address or email address going to be sold under some big marketing ploy? Am I signing up for daily spam? These are the questions many of us ask ourselves each time we register in order to access the information on a site.
Overcoming this dilemma was a driving factor in our design of BizziBid.com. As homeowners ourselves, we wanted to be able to:
- Read about local home improvement contractors
- View pictures of their work
- Choose the contractors that we liked
Basically we wanted it to be easy to spend our money on our home but we still wanted to be in control of who came into our home. We didn’t want someone choosing for us and we didn’t want to have to give out all of our information in order to view what was available.
So, we created a site where all you need is your zip code and project type in order to search for home improvement contractors of all types. From carpet and house cleaning to general contractors, we built a centralized website to find them all. Once you read about the local contractors and choose the ones you like, you still have options. You can either call them directly because we list all the contractors contact information on their page or if they have one, you can visit their website or their showroom, because we list this information too. This is a quick and efficient way to investigate professional contractors in your area that are available for your home improvement projects.
