Your privacy is very important to us. Please read this privacy policy to learn more about the ways in which we use and protect your personal information. This privacy policy applies to http://www.bizzibid.com, all domains, subdomains, Web sites and URL's controlled or operated by BizziBid, LLC or its affiliates, which link to this privacy policy and any pages hosted thereon. Collectively, we refer to the foregoing as our "Web site". By visiting our website or utilizing the information or services provided on our Web site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our Web site.
Information Collection
Consumer Project Information Form
In order to complete a project request, a consumer must first complete a project information form. A consumer is required to give contact information (such as name, phone number and email address) and provide detailed information about the project requested. No financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date) is collected from the consumer. This information is used to provide the consumer with a project estimate or used to contact the consumer to verify or clarify their project request. We send this information ONLY to those contractors the CONSUMER REQUESTS in order for the contractor to contact the consumer about the contractor's services for which they have expressed interest in. By providing this information to us, or by submitting a project information form, you expressly consent to being contacted by us, by contractors and service providers via phone, fax, email, mail or other reasonable means, at any of your contact numbers or addresses, in connection with the consumer project request or for other reasonable purposes related to our business or the business of the contractors or service providers.
BizziBid is not a contractor. The contractors and service providers listed on our website are independent, third party business who you will contract with directly for any consumer project request. BizziBid is NOT responsible for any damages or problems arising from or in connection with work performed by a contractor referred by BizziBid.
Contractor/Service Provider Enrollment
In order to register as a prospective contractor or service provider, a contractor or service provider must first complete a registration form. Registration a contractor is requires contact information (such as name, phone number and email address). We use this information to contact the contractor or service provider about our service and to direct consumer request to them. By providing this information to us, you expressly consent to being contacted by us via phone, fax, email, mail or other reasonable means, at any of your contact numbers or addresses, in or for other reasonable purposes related to our business.
Feedback, Ratings, Reviews and Testimonials
Additionally, we may collect feedback from consumers and contractors about the performance of our referral service and contractor and service provider performance. By providing such feedback to us, you consent to our use, publication and/or distribution of such feedback at no compensation to you. Contractors agree to the publication of their performance reviews.
Communications from BizziBid and its Contractors
Special Offers, Updates and Surveys
We send all new Contractors a welcome email to establish username and password. Contractor will also, on occasion receive promotional offers and surveys for our service. Consumers will be sent a confirmation email upon project information form submittal. Consumers will also, on occasion receive promotional offers and surveys for our service or surveys for the service provided by contractors or service providers. Survey information will be used for statistical purposes and for improving the usability and satisfaction of our service and system. We do present an opt-out option for all promotional and survey correspondence to consumers.
Service Announcements
On rare occasion it is necessary to send out a service related message regarding use of the site and other usage related issues that are not promotional in nature. This type of message does not have an opt-out option.
Referral Notifications and Trial Referral Notifications
If a contractor either signs up for our trial program or subscribes to our service, that contractor will receive multiple communications from us via email.
Customer Service
We communicate with consumers and contractors on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to account related matters. This communication will be via email, fax, phone or mail, or other reasonable means.
Sharing Information
When a consumer submits information to BizziBid, you authorize us to share this information with the contractors you chose in order to process your project request. When a contractor submits information to BizziBid, you authorize us to post your information on our site for consumers to view. We may also post and publish feedback, ratings, reviews and testimonials. Please see the Feedback, Ratings, Reviews and Testimonials section. We may also release contractor information to collection and/or credit agencies for past due contractor accounts.
We will not sell, rent or otherwise share consumer or contractor information to third parties for any other reason.
Consumers are urged to inquire with contractors regarding their privacy policies.
We strive to preserve user privacy, due to the existing regulatory environment; we cannot ensure that all your private communications and other personal information will always remain confidential. We may disclose personal information wherein we have a good faith belief that disclosure is required by law, court order, legal proceedings, process or investigation served on business or Web site(s), or when we believe misuse or attempted misuse is occurring on our Web site. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to harm or divert our business, theft, fraud, deception, threatening behavior, inappropriate behavior, placing oneself or someone else in danger or violating the law in any manner.
Aggregate Information
BizziBid may share aggregated information for statistical purposes with partners, advertisers or others. This information will not contain personally identifiable information.
Business Transitions
In the event BizziBid is merged with or acquired by another company, or otherwise sold, users' personal information may be transferred.
Opt-out Option
Consumers are given the option to opt-out of receiving promotional materials sent by BizziBid and other information not directly related to our Web site. Consumers are presented this option on the Project Information Form when they input their personal and project information.

Outbound and Inbound Links
BizziBid.com contains links to and from other Web sites. Please be aware BizziBid is not responsible for the privacy practices of these Web sites. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by BizziBid's Web site. Furthermore, third party Web sites that are linked on our Web site and some of the advertisers on our Web site may have different policies regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
Refer-a-Friend
If a user elects to share our service with a friend via BizziBid's Web site, we will ask for the friends name and email address. BizziBid will automatically send a one-time email to the friend inviting them to use the Web site.
Security
We take security of your information seriously and take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, we cannot and do not guarantee security of information or protection from unauthorized access. Furthermore, do to the risks of information transmitted or made available through the Internet, third parties beyond our control may unlawfully obtain your information.
Verification and Supplementation of Information
It is sometimes advisable or necessary for us to verify and/or supplement the information we receive from contractors and consumers of our Web site with information from 3rd party sources, in order to enhance the quality of our service and/or conduct our business.
Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a consumer's personal information changes please contact us at info@bizzibid.com. If a contractor's company or personal information changes they may change it via the contractor admin center. If a contractor's billing address changes, said contractor is required to contact us at info@bizzibid.com.
Changes and Updates to This Privacy Policy and to BizziBid services, Products and Web Site Functionality
BizziBid reserves the right to change our information, features, services, products, statements, policies, promotions, disclosures and disclaimers at any time. Changes to this Privacy Statement will be in writing and will be posted on our Web site. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Last date edited will be posted at the top of this statement.
