BizziBid.com, all domains, subdomains, Web sites and URL's controlled or operated by BizziBid, LLC or its affiliates, and any information or other pages hosted thereon (collectively referred to herein as our "Web site") is offered to you, on the condition of your acceptance without modification, of the following Terms and Conditions. Your use of this Web site and the information contained thereon constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices in effect at the time of use. BizziBid reserves the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes to this Terms and Conditions will be in writing and will become immediately effective when it is posted on our Web site. We may not notify you directly of any such changes so you must check the posted terms and conditions periodically for changes. Last date edited will be posted at the top of this statement.
BIZZIBID IS NOT ACTING AS YOUR GENERAL CONTRACTOR, REPRESENTATIVE, AGENT OR ADVISOR AND NO AGENCY, PARTNERSHIP, JOINT VENTURE, EMPLOYEE-EMPLOYER OR FRANCHISER-FRANCHISEE RELATIONSHIP IS INTENDED OR CREATED BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR BY YOUR USE OF OUR WEB SITE OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREON. ALL ARRANGEMENTS FOR WORK OR SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY A CONTRACTOR TO A CONSUMER ARE MADE DIRECTLY BETWEEN THE CONSUMER AND THE CONTRACTOR.
Introduction to BizziBid
Consumer
A consumer may search their local area, review listed local contractors and choose those they are interested in getting an estimate from for a project. In order to complete a project request, a consumer must first complete a project information form. A consumer is required to give contact information (such as name, phone number and email address) and provide detailed information about the project requested. This information is used to provide the consumer with a project estimate or used to contact the consumer to verify or clarify their project request. We send this information ONLY to those contractors the CONSUMER REQUESTS in order for the contractor to contact the consumer about services on our site for which they have expressed interest in.
Contractor
In order to register as a prospective contractor, a contractor must first complete a registration form. During registration a contractor is required to give contact information (such as name, phone number and email address). We use this information to contact the contractor about our service and to direct consumer request to them. Upon acceptance and 2-3 business days after contract signing, a username and password will be assigned and emailed to the contractor. BizziBid Services
BizziBid is dedicated to helping consumers find local contractors to fulfill their home project, maintenance and repair needs. BizziBid is also committed to providing an economical avenue for contractors to build their customer base, reach more potential customers and make more efficient use of their marketing efforts.
However, we do not represent, warrant or guarantee that we will be able to provide you with information for local contractors that are either willing or capable to meet your needs. Furthermore, you may be able to find other contractors who are not listed on our Web site who better fit your needs. Although, we do require our contractors to have the to complied with all federal, state and local laws requiring business permits, certificates and licenses required to carry out the services performed and to retain necessary insurance as is standard for their profession, we make no guarantees, representations or warranties regarding the qualification and skills of contractors or the quality of the job that the contractor may perform for you if you elect to retain their services. Through acceptance of these Term & Conditions, you understand and agree it is important for you to check experience, licensing, insurance and other pertinent background of contractors before you elect to use a contractor and that you will take any necessary or reasonable actions to do so. It is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach an agreement with a contractor, and we do not guarantee or warrant their services, products or the outcome or quality of the services performed. BizziBid is not acting as your general contractor, representative, agent or advisor and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms and conditions or by your use of our web site or the information contained thereon. All arrangements for work or services to be provided by a contractor to a consumer are made directly between the consumer and the contractor. Should you have a dispute with any contractor, you must address such dispute to the contractor directly, AND YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE BIZZIBID (AND OUR AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS AND OUR BUSINESS PARTNERS) FROM ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS (INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES) OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SUCH DISPUTES AND YOUR DEALINGS WITH CONTRACTORS.
We are providing the use of our Web site and the information thereon "AS IS" and we do not verify any information provided to us by a consumer or contractor. The listing of any contractor on our Web site is not an endorsement by us such contractor. Any reviews posted by a consumer is not verified by us and you agree that we have no liability with regards to any such consumer review. WE HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES. WE, OUR AFFILATES, AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Information You Provide to Us
You must review, and hereby agree to, our Privacy Statement which contains the details on how your personal information is handled. You represent and warrant the information provided to us accurate, current and truthful to the best of your knowledge. BizziBid reserves the right to refuse service to any consumer or contractor who provides information that is untrue, not current, misleading, incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your password and should not disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for any use of BizziBid services by persons whom you intentionally or unintentionally allow access to your password.
Your Use of BizziBid Services
You acknowledge and agree that your use of BizziBid services is for personal use and not for commercial, advertising, or data gathering use. You agree that all the content and information posted on BizziBid Web site, or any information you provide to us, is the sole and exclusive property of BizziBid, excluding the contractor information that the contractor retains the right to post in their contractor center or personal identification information. Although contractors retain the ownership of their own information, contractors hereby license to BizziBid the right to use such information and BizziBid retains the right to edit, change or delete contractor information. You have no right to reproduce, post, publish or otherwise use information found on BizziBid.com. You acknowledge that any violation of the foregoing could results in significant damages to BizziBid, and you agree that you are liable to BizziBid for any such damages. You represent and warrant that all information submitted by you to BizziBid does not infringe upon the rights of any third party or breaches any obligation of confidentiality and you agree to indemnify BizziBid for all loss, damages, expenses and costs in the event any third party claims based on or arising from your violation of the above, whether direct, indirect, punitive and consequential. We reserve the right to revoke your access to BizziBid.com at any time. If for any reason BizziBid determines or suspects you are misusing or attempting to misuse our service, we reserve the right to terminate your account and initiate without notice appropriate legal actions and seek damages and/or remedies.
To knowingly input false information is fraudulent and could result in significant losses for BizziBid, contractors and consumers, including privacy right violations, loss of time, effort and expenses. Submitting fraudulent information could result in regulatory fines and penalties. If you participate in such activities, you agree to fully indemnify BizziBid and be liable to BizziBid and all other affected parties, for the loss, damages, expenses and costs, whether direct, indirect, punitive and consequential, and any regulatory or judicial fines or penalties that may arise from such fraudulent activity, plus attorney costs and expenses relating thereto.

Contractor Information Page
BizziBid allows contractors to post their logo, a short introduction of their services and a one-page description of their services on the BizziBid Website. BizziBid does not review or verify the information or representations set forth in these postings. BizziBid does not make any representations or warranties that contractors are appropriately insured, licensed, free of bankruptcies or civil or criminal legal judgments.
Indemnification
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY BIZZIBID, AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CO-BRANDERS AND OTHER PARTNERS AND HOLD THEM EACH HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, EXPENSES AND COSTS, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES), ARISING FROM ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMS OR DEMANDS, OR DUE TO OR ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF BIZZIBID'S SERVICES OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE BIZZIBID WEB SITE OR YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION, OR ARISING FROM YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY.
General Provisions

You agree to submit to jurisdiction in Colorado and that any claim arising under these terms and conditions will be brought solely in a court in Denver County, Colorado.
