CZ was founded originally as CZ Construction Management, Inc. in 2001 to provide the central Vermont market with high quality residential construction services. Over the years it seemed that pretty much every house we built had elevated radon levels. ugh! I began building in radon ready elements to these homes and initiated many remediation projects. So naturally as my experience and understanding of the issue grew it was time to get the national certifications necessary to do remediation work for folks like you. I have been the buyer wanting the problem resolved "Right Now!", the seller saying "Are you kidding me" and the agent trying to keep the plates in the air.
