Our Materials:
* GeoDeck™ is a state-of-the-art decking and railing system that consists of matching boards, railings, posts, balusters, end caps, fascia board, post caps, post base trim, and hand rail collars—everything necessary to create an attractive deck.
Manufactured from a combination of recycled and other plastic, GeoDeck is blended with Biodac®-an exclusive product made by the recovery of purified cellulose fibers and other minerals. Biodac, unlike wood flour or wood chips used in other composite products, does not contain high amounts of Lignins. Since Lignins are a major contributor to fading of composite material, GeoDeck's products are much more fade resistant than the competition's. This proprietary formula has enabled them to create a range of durable, lightweight boards for decks and other outdoor applications.
GeoDeck is versatile enough for decks, porches, patios, pool and hot tub surrounds, walkway, docks, boat slips, and just about any other application you can imagine.
All GeoDeck products come with a 20-year limited warranty that provides comprehensive coverage against splintering, splitting, rot or decay, and termite damage.
* WeatherBest decking is the right choice, no matter how you imagine your deck. WeatherBest decking is always straight and true, never twisted or crooked. It cuts, drills and installs like wood, can go around radius curves and is resistant to warping, splitting and splintering.
* Iron Woods are hardwoods that feature the highest natural durability rating, 25 years plus, of the U.S. Forest Products lab. The Ipe species is most often used for residential decking and Cumaru, Jarrah, Ekki, and others are used for commercial application.
Iron Woods is a trademark that represents the superior quality, grade, tallies, packaging, and services provided by Timber Holding Ltd. and our dealers. All lumber is imported and shipped by Timber Holdings as a specified species or common name.
After installation Iron Woods do not require any sealers to maintain their durability, to resist rot, to resist termites, to prevent cupping and warping, or to keep from splintering. Iron Woods are available in all standard decking, porch flooring and dimensional lumber sized from 2X2 to 4X12 nominal sizes and up to 20' long, in standard even lengths.
* Trex® Characteristics - No sealants/ weatherproofing needed. Does not splinter. No checking, cracking or warping, Undamaged by rot or termites. Little shrinkage/ swelling from moisture. Made from reclaimed waste materials. Slip resistant (wet or dry). National Building code listing. Cuts, fastens, sands and paints easily. Low thermal expansion/contraction.
