Creative Custom Upgrades (CCU) is a family run business with the family budget in mind.  Steve is married and the father of 2 boys.  His wife Sarah is very active with the business.

 

15 years ago Steve learned the trade with a gentleman with over 30 years of experience (now retired).  He taught Steve not only the art of constuction but also the importance of customer relations.  CCU provides high quality, custom work for reasonable prices.  Steve is the owner of CCU and is also the main worker.  Many companies have the sales person who takes 10-20% right off the top and hires subcontractors to complete the project.  Not CCU.  Steve will be on the project from start to finish.  CCU sub contracts out for Plumbing and Electrical work (they must be state licensed) and concrete patio work. Occasionally durring high deck season a drywall company.  Steve works with only 4 subcontractors for these particular jobs and will insure they are providing you with the care and consideration you deserve.  CCU, (Steve and Sarah will provide you with personalized service through out the entire project.

Our Objective as a company is to provide you with high quality, personalized, custom work for reasonable prices.  Once a contract is written and signed the cost amount of the project will never change.  NO hidden cost surprises!!  If changes need to be made to the original contract, an additional change contract will be written and signed by both parties.
